How about having an office staff that returns calls? I've been trying for 2 months to schedule appointments for my grandchildren. Each time I call, I'm told that you need to verify the insurance and someone will call me back. I've provided the insurance information 5 different times. I've yet to receive a return call. Today I spoke with Vanessa, who advised that your office manager would be calling me right back. 5 hours later and no call and now your office is closed.
