What more can I say other than I've been here 3 times for 3 different surgeries over the past 12 months. I wouldn't go anywhere else
I have been in many hospitals in many different states. Each time I was released I had to spend many weeks, if not months, getting back on my feet. After my eight day stay at St. Mary's Hospital in Athens, Georgia, I came home dreading the recovery process. Within two days I was back on my feet and eager to do things I hadn't done in a long time. The care was phenomenal and was exactly what I needed. I'm still on a lot of medications. My husband and I delivered our baby here this past week. The experience we had was outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with us was super nice, we where always checked on to see if any of us needed anything around the clock. They were available to answer or assist with something whenever needed no matter the situation. They made the birthing experience so easy for us first time parents. Thank you to the entire labor and delivery staff for all of your help and support over these past 5 days
Gave birth by c-section at St. Mary's. My lovely daughter had jaundice and we were encouraged to stay an extra day to make sure she had plenty of time under the lights. 5 days after i was discharged i returned to the ER with the fear that i might have pneumonia. After running numerous tests based on my vague symptoms they admitted me with fluid in my lungs and monitored my heart to make sure there was no damage.
