It seems like the people. Have real hearts and care for you. It's Saint Mary's. Not like the UW.
I brought my 10 month old in to be seen for 104 fever we waited 40 minutes for triage and then another hour and a half after before I got up and left. They were taking patients by severity, because an infant who is lethargic due to her temperature and is crying for 2 hours in the waiting room isn’t serious.
Everything and everyone! they are so great they keep you very informed..the drs are awesome!! the smiles in the hallway are wonderful. very clean 5 stars
Absolutely amazing staff everyone was polite and professional. Very tough week in facility but they made it bearable. and for that Iam truly thankful.
