I have never in the history been so disrespected, screamed at, told I'm 35 and am way overweight need to lose weight wouldn't refill my medications refused all required labs that were requested and documented walk out and cancel my appointment when I was already 30 min in. I recently underwent a prostatectomy at SSM St Mary’s. The pre-op nurse and CNA were very nice. The post-op Care team of RNs - Jeremy, Katy, Karen, Lori and Tammy - and CNA - Melissa - on 3SW were wonderful! Thank you all for your knowledge, patience, kindness, respect, friendliness, skills and many more descriptors. You are the best!
I don't recommend a single thing about this facility. From the infrastructure, to the nursing staff, to campus security. Aboslutely disappointed in the care received, or lack there of.
SSM Health continues to brag about how great they are and the care they provide to patients. Since SSM Health has taken over at St. Mary's Hospital, Dean Clinic and others, their patients here in Wisconsin continue to suffer from ALL THEIR PROBLEMS that continue to spiral downward. . I recently delivered my baby girl 4 weeks early at St. Mary's. She ended up needing to stay in the NICU for about 8 days. I cannot say enough good things about every staff member involved in my daughter's and my care. Everyone was so wonderful and we are so appreciative for exceptional care we received at St. Mary's!
Wonderful care from the minute we walked in. My little guy was absolutely terrified to be there and the nurses in pediatric’s welcomed him with a gift and a ninji turtle hand made blanket!! It takes special people to be able to do this job, and they by far exceeded our expectations in which we immediately knew our son was in GREAT hands!!! Thank you for the best possible care and kindness!!
My son and his girlfriend had a premature baby on Monday morning. The doctor and nurse that delivered were amazing! But after she was moved to 3 floor it went downhill. Most of the nurses were cold and not personable. This is supposed to be a joyful experience, bring a new little life into this world. There experience wasn’t good. I would not recommend SSM St. Mary’s hospital when your having a baby :-(
Average to above average care, but pushes requests off on others and rushes discharge and skips important parts like sending needed equipment home.
