I recently had to have surgery. I had never been admitted to a hospital, much less had surgery. The doctors, nurses, techs, and other staff that took care of me before and after surgery were great. They were kind, caring, and did a great job of easing my nerves and made me smile/laugh often. Thank you so much!

I would give them 5 stars for my stay at St. Mary's, but the aftercare has been absolutely awful. Digestive care is a joke. This hospital cares about the money and not about the patient. I'm going to stick with Deaconess.

This is for St. Marys Northpointe Rehabilition. I went their for the month of August 2015. They are very through with their exercise routine and care. You need to make sure and be firm if you want to know how much they charge your insurance. I made that mistake. They bill a lot so hopefully your insurance covers it. If you want a firm diagnosis on whats wrong make sure you tell them unlike me because they wont do that. I asked how much they were going to charge each time but they gave me the run around.

St. Mary's billing department is atrocious. They continue to bill my husband almost $900 for a charge which has never been turned into Medicare after almost a year. They entered the wrong birth date for him and after repeated phone calls and a trip from over an hour away to correct the issue, they still have not sent Medicare the bill. Communicating with them has been an exercise in futility. They repeatedly say the issue has been taken care of but it never is. We will never be back.

Occasional trips to the Emergency Room for injuries has given me a peace of mind over the year's, because of The amazing and caring staff of nurse's, doctor's, patient techs, etc. Last Saturday I was in for a sciatic nerve pain in my lower back that runs through my leg, and finally after 3 trips to the convenient care in a week's time, the ER staff was more concerned about me, and the level of pain I've been in, than the the staff at convenient care was to just give me injections and send me on my way. Horrible place to take loved ones. Even the website has incorrect contact information on it to file Complaints. Isn't that odd that they don't have the correct email addresses for the Indiana State Board of Health and the joint commission.

I use to really like St Mary's but today was moms last day here so me and draegan ( my 4 year old ) came to get her. The staff near the pediatric area on the same floor as mom were extremely rude to me about my baby boy. Then the manager came in moms room and yelled at draegan for lying on floor. He was mostly on a pillow and covered with moms robe watching a video on iPad being a good boy. I told draegan he had to get up and she watched the whole time. I said sit on the bed so he did.
