A giant thank you to all the nurses& staff in same day surgery. My little guy (2) had surgery today&& every last one of them made our experience special. We arrived at 6am. His bed was ready for him. With a welcome sign, a big blue bird, a toy car, a bear book&& coloring pages! We rode in wagons before and after surgery& went off to surgery in a yellow car, riding along with his nurse Tammy! The billing department keeps calling me about an outstanding account for an Andrew Pfinder, Pinder (*spelling?) I work second shift, they keep waking me up amd because i do not have a reference number, i am told they cannot help me. All Ii want if for them to take my phone number off the list. I have had this phone number for almost 4 years. They cannot locate anybody with the phone number, the supervisor is not available, blah blah blah...any body have any thoughts on how to get a helpful person??? no stars for them :(
Wife spent time last week on 4000, 4100, 5???, 6100 and 6000. With a career spent between EMT, Chaplaincy, and pastoral calling I know excellent care when I see it. Thanks to the great people in all disciplines including housekeeping.
I tried stopping Sunday at west side convenient care and it was 2 hr waite. I stopped Monday evening and it was a 2.5 to 3 hour waite. St.Marys has gone to the dogs. You can't even get into your Physician with out a 1.5 hour waite. I called St. Marys main office and could not get the person in charge to call me back. It's a shame that all Dr Elliott built up they are pissing away. Even the pharmacy's are saying the same thing.U can do all the false advertising u want but service is what matters. If not for an amazing staff in labor and delivery, I would not have my amazing and wonderful son here today. 3months premature, a collapsed lung at 3 days old, prognosis was not encouraging. Now, I am so proud and thankful to say that he is now 21 years old, married and getting ready to start college. Thanks again for an amazing staff and God bless ALL of you♥♥♥♥
