They truly made my labor so comfortable and helped me feel calm through the labor and delivery process. My MIL had to have Hernia surgery on 08/18/2019. She was on 4 West. Doctor McKinley was extraordinary!!!! The majority of the staff were kind, caring and very helpful. Some of the ones I can especially remember were Megan, Alec, Alexis, Martin, Jordan, Lauren. They already each have a KuDOS but deserved an extra shout out! The only disappointments that I had were a couple of the Nurses/CNA’s were grumpy and didn’t want to take care of the personal tasks that she needed the most help with. Horrible people that do not deserve to be i a position to work with people in need. Shut this place down.
When I called to pre-register for an MRI, they said that the cost to me after insurance paid would be $250 but if I would pay ahead I would only have to pay $225. So I paid the $225. Now a month later, I was billed for $25. I can't figure out why they would tell me that and then bill me later. It doesn't make sense to me if I was going to pay the original amoutn in the end.
Our family want to thank all of the labor and delivery staff. you guys are amazing. we want to send a special thank you to my daughter's nurse Mckinnelly (hope that is spelled right). He was absolutely wonderful, attentive and the most caring nurse. Thank you so much.
I went there because that is where my OBGYN could deliver my babies. I had my son 4 years ago and surprisingly pleased with our experience and the bills. Last year I had my daughter there and all went the exactly the same way with short delivery and no complications. 1 year later I got this bill that is away more than we expected. I just compared those two bills and shocked that pricing for their service is doubled. How is that possible? I understand that price could increase, but double or triple times. I had my baby girl last week and while I was in labor I had the most amazing nurse Mckinlee he was amazing would answer any questions I had. he made the room smell good with he’s sprays he brought. He made me feel so comfortable during labor! Loved him!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful during my stay. Only thing I wish was better were the rooms you stay in after birth. They were so tiny couldn’t really have much visitors.
I love St Marks. Several in my family have been patients there in the last few years and we had a wonderful experience every time!
