When i came in I had a nasty cut on my thumb. The nurse who took care of me was extremely odd and asked me tons of questions involving home life and gender that have nothing to do with my thumb and admitted the questions were her curiosity. I answered them assuming they were for medical reasons. I felt I was treated rudely and not as a patient but an announce.
Dr Nelson is in his early 20's and has no idea what he is doing. He charged me over a $1,000 for services that had nothing to do with my actual care. He also, against my requests, forced me into services that were against my wishes. It was clearly a violation of my 1st amendment rights. I now have to deal with a $6,000 total bill that was unwarranted and their billing services are not even working with me.

They have kept us waiting for an MRI on my husband for nearly 9 hours with no explanation on what’s going on. The nurse said she would go ask and come back to tell us but has failed on coming back to give us any information. No doctor no nurse. Do they just leave you in the dark instead of giving the patient any information? We have been here since 4 this morning. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Never thought I would use a free standing emergency room in that I thought they were nothing more than a doc-in -the box. The West Valley ER was amazing the way they treated my mother. The doctor and nurse were in my 96 year old mother's room before she was registered her coat was off. The x-ray tech was kind and gentle. Great care.
