I had a fantastic experience during my delivery at St. Marks. I had a difficult delivery and the staff made it go so easily and smooth. My favorite RN was Erminia. She coached me the entire time and was so helpful, knowledgable, and incredibly sweet. I could not have asked for a better nurse. My husband and mother were both impressed by her as well. Spent 6 hours in there for them to tell me that my mom was tired and thirsty. Like for real, where did you get your medical degree? Never going back.
Worst hospital and Staff ever. Nurses are rude. Doors don't open, security doesn't care that you can't get in or out. Heaven forbid you actually need help, you'd probably die!
St Marks Hospital has been such an incredible experience! Everyone has been so wonderful here. I'm going back in for surgery this morning, yet am so grateful I have such an amazing team to work with me!! �����
