Went for a chest xray on Monday. Friendly tech, she even slowed down walking when I told her I was diagnosed w/ asthma & a bit of COPD �. Friday night I was there for a sleep apnea test. I believe it was Laurie who did the test. I enjoyed talking with her, it made me feel less nervous. The bed was comfortable, it was nice and cool in the room and was able to bring my box fan for noise and air circulation.
RecommendedI had my first baby back in August. After a very long, difficult labor i ended up with a csection. The care from my doctors and the nursing staff was wonderful! No complaints there. My biggest complaint (and the biggest one from everyone ive talked to who has had a csection here) is that you have to wait to see your baby which is absolutely not best practice! I had her at 1:58am and did not get to see her until 4:30am. That is unacceptable as nursing should begin almost immediately after birth. A process 100% needs to be loo... read more

Idk who Parasail Health is on my bill to set up payment plans but trying to contact them is like trying to contact the Pope. Nobody contacted me back after numerous voicemails. Call IVCH directly for any billing questions. Everything else went fine.
I was promised to be discharged this morning but my doctor, (Fernandez) and now he is currently refusing to come see. Only person they will let me talk to is my guess which is being very disrespectful. Terrible service every time
I have never received a bill from them I have called numerous times to try to talk to someone no one ever answers their phone in the billing department. Now it’s in collections. I just want to verify information. I have 2 insurance companies I want to make sure they have billed them both.
