The ER was great!! But the hospitalist that admitted me was very rude! Told me he order me pain medication and didn't. But my nurse in the ER and in floors were great!!
Had appointment with my doctor that treated a wound I had .In and out ! Office girls and doctor were awesome .

ER staff was ok. ICU and Surgical there was no other room for me, the nurses were uncaring rude and unless I asked a specific question about the tests ran they wouldn't tell me nothing. Moving from Michigan seeing Spectrum Heath organization, IVCH isn't even in the same century in the level of care.

My boyfriend and I are young parents and our almost 3 year old was in er and they explained everything so well but they did leave some things out about bathing her and stuff ! Wait was about an hour long if not longer to get into a room that's not even waiting for her to see a dr

I wouldn't have given this facility a 1 star if I had to rate it. I was diagnosed and discharged with pneumonia 1-13-17. Dr on call wanted to try home therapy for treatment n if my condition didn't improve to come back, which made me feel like a experiment. While sitting in the ER for 4 hours, I wasn't even given Tylenol to help with the pain and fever. I was given a ice pack. My bed had previous blood splattering on the rails. I had day surgery on 1-12-16. I had the best team. They were awesome. They made me feel cared for & were able to keep me calm when I was anxious. Not only did they give me awesome care. They took care of my husband while he was with me. So thank you day surgery & ty to the lab secretary, (Joyce Robinson). You all made it a good experience. Bless you all.
