I love Carolyn Morganelli but unfortunately I’m choosing to move on due to administrative incompetence. Between this office and South Bethlehem Family Practice, every time I need a prior auth, help filling a prescription or even a form filled out it has been a nightmare with back and forth calls. I have to call at least 5 times to get my issue resolved everytime. The experience has been so frustrating and disheartening. They were so kind & courteous I was able to schedule an appointment & see Dr. Fan Cheng on the same day I called! They helped me along the road to recovery due to a pesky cough with: ABOVE & BEYOND medical tests (like blood pressure & an acute questionnaire) a chest X-ray, breathing test, & medication!
My nearly 87-year-old mother loves this place, they treat her with dignity and respect :-)
