U know my girlfriend had a home sleep study done. The results indicated she needs a in lab study. She specifically stated due to her work schedule needs a Sunday into a Monday in lab study done. Had 1 schedule, the canceled it and didn't give a reason. 2nd time had it scheduled again for a Sunday nite. They called again and canceled it with no reason why again. Unprofessional, unpleasant staff, CPAP provided by Adapt Health to which the in house rep needs education on his duties. I no not recommend this facility due to the office manager is rude and likes to hang up on patients.

I really like Dr Brau but most of the staff in this office is very unfriendly, abrupt and rude. Called to schedule an appointment and the way they women answering the phones spoke to me gave me anxiety. Very fast and abrupt. Slammed the phone down at the end of the call. When you walk in the office you can feel the unwelcome tension in the air. These people either hate each other or hate where they work and it shows.
