I was referred to the Pulmonology Department and they lost my referral. I called my local healthcare provider to find out it was sent. If a hospital looses referrals it leaves me wirh little confidence in the care.

After going through my pregnancy, delivery and post care here, I will never be returning. The most special day of my life was ruined my rude, uncaring staff. During my delivery I was laughed at, talked about by both the doctors and nurses, was given medications without my consent and had procedures done without informing me of what they were doing. "The patient above all else" quickly goes out the window when your doctor deems you "difficult" or the OR has to do a c-section at 9pm.
