Does your managers never call people back? great services while there. going on 2 weeks with leaving a message every day and no call back from payment and billing manager. still waiting... cant pay our bill until we speak with them, not going to deal with the usual gal who was rude telling us we should have no problem paying our balance. I'm pretty sure she doesnt know our financials or situation.... so st lukes, hopefully I'll hear from you soon...
St Luke's treats the whole patient, not just the condition or disease. I never feel like a number or an entity on a conveyor belt. I know that every person I come into contact with sees me and I have the good fortune of this amazing group of people working together in my best interests. I trust them implicitly.

I loved how they cared for me when I lived in Duluth from 2000 - 2015 and Dr. Timothy Kleinschmidt was the best Physician I have ever known! Miss you Dr. Tim <3
The staff on 2 West Hospice were so wonderful when my Dad spent his final days on this earth. God bless them all. And to Laurie Williams the grief counseling for my Mother was was wonderful. Thank you my angels.

I had a very good experience at the hospital. The nurses were very attentive! The staff through the hospital in general was very friendly! Kudos to the staff at northland pharmacy!
