A patient could die waiting for the ONE physician there to review records in order to get an appointment. 3 weeks and counting...
Finding care nowadays is hard enough with out insurance with this group just as bad with insurance. My insurance company was told that they except it I called to make an appointment waiting two months three days before excited I was going to get help was informed they do not except my insurance and they cannot help me in anyway.
I went to get an epidural steroid injection and it was horrible. The doctor louve was not careful or sympathetic towards my condition and just stabbed the spine and instead of slowly injecting the Corazon he fill the area very quickly that created excruciating pain running down my spine. I had more than 10 epidural steroid injections before and never have I felt that much pain Before during this Procedure. This doctor has no sympathy For his patients. Inadequate staff to deal with patients trying to deal with chronic pain. I had surgery for spinal stenosis in February of this year that resulted in some relief. I then had a couple of spinal injection that helped to some extent. I called yesterday to schedule another injection. The earliest the could schedule me was January 23rd of next year. There was a total lack of empathy, or caring on in the voice of the person I was talking to. Gotta find me a place that cares about their patients.
