Physician Assistant Rebecca Harris is a caring and compassionate provider. 10/10 highly recommend her. I have seen her since my first visit and still see her for my follow ups, she even assisted in my shoulder replacement.
Pick a different ST Luke's PT location. Moravian staff are recent college grads who have zero compassion for older patients. It felt like I was interrupting them from socializing with other PTs. You will get better treatment doing it yourself watching YouTube videos.
After a fall (onto concrete) that dislocated my shoulder, Dr Carolan and his team were terrific. He performed arthroscopic surgery to repair multiple torn tendons and the rotator cuff, and my personal commitment to 6 months of active physical therapy meant I have full use of my strong shoulder again. At 72 this journey was no picnic. But the medical team was stellar!
Never in my life have i been treated so bad by Dr Carolan. I really want to use a bad word to discribe him but i won't.
I would give more stars if I could. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The appt was on time (even early!). I got the support i needed and walked out with a helpful plan of action. I'm so glad I got referred here.
