I had an excellent experience at this Maternal Fetal Medicine location. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and attentive. From check-in with Lexis at the front desk, who was warm and welcoming, to the sonographer’s (Marcia) thorough and knowledgeable approach, I felt very well cared for. If I could give no stars I would. The nurse was absolutely rude and would not allow me and my son to go back with my wife to see the new baby ultra sound. Because my son isn’t 5 for a few days they could not make the exception. It wasn’t even a let me see if we could because he is close it was a no and rude look.
I had an appointment yesterday for a non stress test and a fetal growth scan as I am going on 36 weeks pregnant. This is not my normal office so the trip takes longer for me and I did not factor in traffic. Mind you, the last time I had an appointment at this office they cancelled on me last minute and made me have to go to my regular office where I was shuffled around and had to wait nearly an hour to be seen. Had a really nice experience here all around. Arrived 15 minutes early and was taken right back. Didn’t wait long at all to see the sonographer or the doctor either. All staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Was going to also get a blood test here but insurance needed to be contacted first; the staff was very informative and let me know they would take care of contacting my insurance and let me know once approved. Overall I had a really positive experience and would come back again.
