I came here because I was having swallowing problems and mild stomach pains at age 23. They put me on PPIs which then created immense stomach pain and problems that have persisted over the past two years. They told me I needed to take PPIs every day for the rest of my life. They did not dig into my problem and really fell short. I honestly think taking the PPIs caused me many more problems over the last two years
I would like to thank an angel here on earth at SLR Bethlehem, Nurse Laura! She was there to get my husband, David, prepped for his colonoscopy/endoscopy procedure with Dr Patel. So kind, so compassionate, so calming, etc I think I was more worried than Dave was, and this amazing lady calmed me without a word. It was her very presence that let me know that Dave was in great hands, both her's & those of Dr. Patel... This angel came for me while I was in the waiting room. I visited this office to see Dr.Singh .He was kind a professional answered all my questions. The medical assistant was fun and made me feel at ease. I am pleased with my choice to choose this Dr. Great job.
One star is too high. In 9/19/2023 my wife got a confirmation for a colonostomy on 9/27/2023. She verified the date and picked up her prep Rx at the pharmacy. On 9/26 she started the prep procedure but never got a call for the time to report on 9/27. After calling the answering service she was called by the nurse and informed that she's not on the schedule for 9/27. The doctors specially doctor tye is so fantastic he's the greatest an doctor modi was very nice also this is one doctors office that's worth the drive up there an staff are awesome if calling an no one answers go to call back they do call back these people are very wonderful an walk you through everything Carrie was so helpful with the call back issue an Laura helped me with my prescriptions such great people who really care it's so worth the drive up there to know I'm in great hands ☺️☺️☺️
