If i coukd give negative zero stars i would, but the truth is i love my actual doctor. But St Lukes really sucks! So I have an appointment for 930am. I arrived and checked in at 9. It is now 1011 and I still haven't even been calked from the waiting room to an exam room. It is so unprofessional of medical offices to keep patients waiting so far past scheduled appointment times when patients are charged for no shows when they arrive late.
