FROM: BillK Six months after having cataract/astigmatism surgery, I wrote St. Luke’s a long letter on what was good and what was bad with the results and experience. I also included recommendations that would correct the deficiencies noted. It’s been about 90 days since my letter of 1/30/2015, and I haven’t heard a peep from them. As a minimum, I would have expected some sort of acknowledgement and/or recommendation on what to do. Wouldn’t you?
