Quick and professional service, from check-in to departure.
Waited an hour and a half to be seen. Provider spent maybe 2 min with me. Prescribed some antibiotics. Explained a concern to her about my reactions to certain antibiotics. She said she would call in another script. She never did. I called the next day. Even left a message and never received a call back. Super disappointing. Thankfully got in with a dermatologist who actually helped me!
I'm a not sure why they call this an " Urgent Care Center "? I wasn't feeling that good in my stomach and I had to wait 1 hr & 10 minutes before I even got taken in to get looked at, I thought I was forgotten... You shouldn't have to wait no more than 10 to 20 minutes to be seen in any " Urgent Care Center " !!!
