Me and my Pregnant wife had the most unbelievable, most difficult, disturbing, disrespectful experience here. We were on time for our ultrasound appointment, the hospital gave us no indication on where to go considering this was our first time. The lady at the information desk was on the phone when we arrived for 10mins. She kindly apologized afterwards, which was okay because we understood.
