My grandson sees doctors at behavioral health in Bethlehem , and every month I have to call because his prescriptions are not written the right way for the pharmacy to fill them and he never has enough . I had to call again on Friday cause I could not get a refill before the 7 of January and now he will not have any for school tomorrow. I even called the number over the weekend to get help and nobody would send the proper prescription to the pharmacy so he can have his medication for Monday. Out of the three hospitals ive been to this one is by far the best option. While the staff can come off as aggressive or temperamental some are incredibly empathetic and well trained. They get straight to the point on working on your treatment and take all matters seriously as it should be. They are very lighthearted and caring folk and im truly glad. Food is very good there, staff is kind, no roommates, they take matters seriously, overall nice. My only complaint is a specific weekend staff I had multiple interactions with.... read more
