Known Andrew for years. He is a very fine man and a great doc.
I love this place. my son has had classes since he was real young and 9th ave optical feel like friends at this point! my son has special needs and broke his glasses a lot when he was younger, and they went out of there way to order extra frames so he woulnt have to be blind and wait for them! Im a student so my kids are on medicaid..and i feel some places treat you differently when you are low income. but all the staff here have been nothing but sweet to us. Very welcoming. Dr. Alpher was good n kind. Generous not to charge clergy. Did do good examination. Thanks to everyone in the hospital. God bless them.
The best. They care about you. Dr. Alpar wants to be the best he can be. I felt like I had something in my eye. The spent an enormous amount of time trying to find it. He did this for free because I had already had my eyes checked. I have used St Luke Eye Institute since the 80's. I'm not changing Dr's. They also take care of special needs clients, and you know how much medicare and medicaid pay. This is because they are just good people. Thank you Dr. Alpar and your Staff.
