I had a wonderful experience on yesterday I had to have a outpatient procedure done and ended up needing a blood transfusion, the hospital staff is professional and friendly each and every person I encountered yesterday treated me and my niece with the upmost respect. I had a very long and trying day but the nurses and support staff went above and beyond the call of duty .
My mom was put in icu, and past away. But while we were there everyone was so caring and couldn't ask for a better place.
My mother was in for almost a week after surgery. Most of her tech's and nurses were great. Her doctor (Dr. Kurtain) did a wonderful job!
My husband Anthony Ginn has called @DebraJenkins Director of Patient Safety twice now at her request for a call back. Shows you how St. Lucie Medical does things...I am so sick and do not feel comfortable going into what is supposed to be my local hospital. Unfortunately from no response from my local hospital I'm forced to go out f town for proper medical care!!
Staff was awesome. Answered all questions and was there to help me when I needed help. Staff always had a smile
Useless dr.s, told my wife her pancreas and spleen look normal after a CT scan. Guess what Doc? Her pancreas is partially removed and her spleen was damaged and removed. But hey , they pay you the big bucks to not know your Ass from a hole in the ground.
I found the care at the hospital excellent every one was very nice and professional
I found a tube full of blood from another patient in my son's bed, when I brought it to the attention of my son's nurse she stated oh we leave those in the room in case we need to draw blood quickly from patients, I said really with other patients names on them. She took it from me in a hurry giving me that look, I said I hope that patient wasn't discharged without knowing what was wrong with her. Also they never checked my son's urine that we gave her, nor did they do blood work. They just said it was a bacteria infection o... read more
