Everyone was nice and friendly from Security to the receptionist, volunteers and nurses that were assigned to me. George, the CT Scan guy was also helpful and informative. Didnt exactly care for the Dr who jammed huge needles in my spine and then left the room. THAT is why I can't give this place 5 stars: jamming needles like I'm just a piece of meat was uncalled for. They have the best staff they made our stay there amazing wouldn't go anywhere else!!!! The nurses doctors even the cleaning people was do nice to everyone
UPDATE ON RAY: His fever has broke after sitting up there all night and wiping him down with ice water rags but they still can't so MRI until the MRSA & Staph he has developed. Keep praying everyone, this kid is my life.. My question of the day is::: Why is it when I call the hospital & ask for the Chief Medical Officer they keep sending me to the ICU nurses desk??? Maybe they will patch my lawyer through...
The staff treats you like you and not them are a five stars individual. They all are extremely well organized and knowledgeable on every aspect of inpatient care. You can ask the nurses anything they have an answer for you! Some times you feel like you're talking to a doctor. Talking about doctors! Robert A. Sellards MD He is the star of the show! I had a great experience there. Doctors and nurses were compensate and help full i could tell they really cared about me very impressive....
Normally, I am very satisfied with this hospital, BUT I will be contacting them and complaining this time. NOT GOOD!!!
Poor when it comes to PEDS. DARWIN is a little better when PEDS are called and i thought Lawnwood was horrible.. Wouldn't bring my 8 year old back to the main campus.
Bunch of thieves. Wouldn't let me pay for my visit when I went and now I'm screwed. Rude staff. I'll never go to this hospital ever again.
