My visit was pleasant as always
This is a building issue, not your service. in the doorway on the east side (where the steps are) there is a metal strip across the doorway and when I came in, my shoe caught on the strip and I tripped and fell. I was too embarassed to say anything at the time but after thinking about it, I realize it could happen to someone else.
Just keep doing what you're doing!
