Yonnie is great. I know I am not an easy patient, but she does a great job and takes good care of me.
If I have requested nitrous and the hygienist argues with me regarding when to start. It aids my ability to deal with the phobia as well as helping me not to gag
It was a snowy morning and the roads were horrible, but you guys were open and my appointment was only delayed by a few minutes. I was glad that I didn't have to re-schedule.

I think, as I understand it, you all have a meeting first thing in the morning. Seems like all of my 8:00 am appointments are late starting. Maybe set them up starting at 8:15 vs. 8:00. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and I have already referred my dad to Dr. Vadnal.
