Best dental experience my daughter ever had and we have tried three different dentist for her until we found this office.
I am quite frustrated by how the billing process was. I owed from a previous visit & I tried to pay 2x before I had to give a Credit Card # that I didn't want to give as it charges interest. The 1st time I sent a check for half the amount due with a note saying the other half would be paid the following week by check. I got a call from Sharon a saying the check never arrived. I have 3 boys and they enjoy coming to the dentist at the Smile Center. The staff is great and make my family feel special.
I have never been to a medical office where EVERYONE was just wonderful! The receptionist is MOST amiable and the hygienist and dentist are both warm and approachable about any problems or concerns. I am definitely referring friends and relatives there!
