My 88 year old father went to Dr. Fedyk for cataract surgery and he could not be happier with the results! Dr. Fedyk is a wonderful doctor, he is kind, he is caring, and he is great at was he does. He took extra time with my dad to explain the procedure and answer all of my dad's questions. The St. Louis Eye Institute's office staff is extremely professional and very pleasant each time my dad visits or calls. My father and I both highly recommend Dr. Fedyk!
I don't know what Dr. Fedyk you all saw but I was completely overcharged, always waited extremely long in the waiting room and couldn't get the billing straighten out with office staff whom didn't know what they were doing. I did pay the overcharged bill just to be done with this entire mess. I have worked with my insurance company informing them of the overcharging and am waiting to hear what they are going to do. Dr. Fedyk and his staff are some of the very best I have dealt with in the St. Louis area. Both myself and partner have been treated with excellent care and even better customer service. I would recommend and do recommend Dr. Fedyk anytime I know of someone looking for exceptional eye care!
DR FEDYK and his wonderful staff are all awesome. I had to get a cataract done I was really afraid to do it . I want to get my other one done soon. It turned out great. I can see clearly and healing was quick. He's a great Doctor and I would highly recommend to everyone.
