Dr. Fedyk has been my moms doctor for some time now and he is always very thorough , easy to talk to . This was my second time seeing him and Im very satisfied.
Everyone at Dr Fedyk office were very kind and explained things to me each step of the way. I have cataract surgery in both eyes opted for the complete correction to my eyes, it was an additional charges but well worth it. I couldn’t be happier. No more glasses!!!!
I understand customer service. We Own two companies it’s very important how I am treated. Not only, was the staff excellent but the care the Doctor gave me was incredible. I was told I needed a lens implant by another doctor but Dr. Adam said it wasnt needed and try contacts first. How many doctors would do that rather then get the money from the surgery. He is where my family will go for now on!
