RecommendedIf I could give 10 stars I would! My son and I are here every 6 months. Our doctors and staff are absolutely AMAZING. The Down syndrome clinic, endocrinology, dentistry, ENT and audiology. The ER is awesome as well. We haven’t had any bad experiences anywhere in the hospital. We go here for all of our healthcare needs. Special thanks to Sue Davis, Dr. Dorothy Grange, Kathleen Jay, Dr. David Leonard, Dr. mark Rallo, Dr. Dan Stoeckel, Dr. Emily Hahn, and so so many more. ❤️❤️❤️
your phone system IS RIDICULOUS. I was on hold over 22 minutes just to make an appointment. That is horrible horrible customer service. Do you want to hold that long? I highly doubt it. I cant imagine if I had a toddler or small child, how awful that hold time would be.

RecommendedI have been taking my son to Children’s since 2006! We travel over 300 miles just to be seen by the awesome Liver Transplant team. Twelve years post-transplant clinic is today, and it just feels like visiting family. We ❤️ St.Louis Children’s!
RecommendedThey care about the whole kiddo, not just their own specialty. My daughter will be 18 in February and at her last appointment Dr. Weisenberg asked if we had started the guardianship application process and if we were making plans for Ivy's care after her Dad and I are gone. She's a Neurologist, not an attorney but she wants the best for Ivy in all areas of her life, not just her seizure control.
Completely disgusted right now. I moved heaven & earth to get my son sent here by life med from Alaska for treatment.They didn’t address his issues and released him without a treatment plan or anything. Completely incompetent staff. Here I sit 4,000 miles away waiting hours for a patient advocate to return my call. Get your shit together.
My Granddaughter was born with a Hemangioma attached to her arm. She is now 11 years old and we were able to keep her arm. Lots of ups and downs with this but you did a great job with something that still to this day is a very different health problem situation. I have another grandchild that is up there today and I really pushed for them to take him to you. I trust you fully and know in my heart that you will find answers and if not, you won't lie to them. Thank you Children's hospital.
