The nurses & drs did & do a great job! But as far as the cafeteria workers, the secretaries, an etc, most of them have bad attitudes & are very rude. Very very poor service. I couldn't believe it. I've heard nothing but good things about this hospital but he common decency just isn't there!
Our sweet girl had a tooth avulsion and was sent to St. Louis Children’s Hospital. We were visiting St. Louis for the day and were three hours from home, so we were all pretty scared. We are so incredibly fortunate we were connected with St. Louis Children’s. The entire team, and I mean every single employee we came across, was stellar. The ER was very carrying and attentive with our 2 month old son last night. All of the staff and doctors were wonderful.
We are so lucky to have this amazing hospital!! We have always received amazing care and have been going to SLCH for 14 years. Top notch.
The ER staff and doctors were great!! The attending and the fellow that seen my 10 week old boy were phenomenal!! They were very caring and attentive to my little baby boy and to this scared momma. The staff and the medical team on the 10th floor were also great! They were all very polite and understanding and accommodating.
