My husband just rushed out the door this evening with our screaming 14 month old daughter in tow (suspected ear infection) to the Pediatric Urgent Care on Tesson Ferry after calling to ensure we could be seen. When he got there he was turned away because they were closing. We also have a one week old at home. I couldn't be more disappointed. The staff is amazing!! My daughter told me today that they are so awesome that it helps her forget about her situation :) thank you to your wonderful staff and doctors for making our stay here pleasant.

We have been here for 12 days and plan to discharge at the end of this week. The care has been absolutely wonderful and the doctors worked diligently to find the cause of my poor boys diagnosis of bacterial meningitis. We are so blessed to have such an amazing hospital close to our home!

The ER staff are very polite. The timing is awful. We've been here since 10:45pm last night.. Its now 5:45am. Call lights been answered in a timely manner but no rechecks. Its always I will tell the Dr. We've not met the main Dr yet but are told she's working on something for us. So basically in our 7 hrs here, we've waited 3 hrs to even get back to an ER room and continue to wait in the ER room now. Only lab that's been completed was a ua. No results have been provided yet...(its been several hrs) :( Hopefully they are trul... read more

When my daughter was diagnosed back in may of 2017 she was 3 years old she has a rare form of childhood cancer ganglioneuroblastoma it was stage two low risk I just wanted to thank each and everyone that has seen and helped her in every way possible the tumor is shrinking and she is stable and doing well as of today she has not had to have any treatments just go every three months for scans to check on it to make sure it’s not growing I’m so thankful for all they have done for her!
