My daughter was brought to BJC via ambulance after suffering an allergic reaction at a urgent care facility. Upon arrival she was put in the waiting room where she sat for three more hours with no medical attention and extremely nasty attitudes from staff. I left and transported her to Children's myself which resulted in another two hour fiasco that resulted in us leaving and going home. I used to swear by the BJC Network when others said you were lousy, but after this I will never entrust the care of any of my family to BJC... read more

Absolutely the worst medical experience I have had in my life. The staff were rude and very inattentive, they failed to monitor my 16 month old baby’s iv for 3 hours which resulted in a severe case of infiltration in her arm. Our room was filthy and room service refused to clean it. While our short 2 day stay we asked the staff to remove the same urine deposit in the bathroom, from a roommate that had been discharged, which they never did. My baby is severely traumatized by our experience here and I would not recommend anyon... read more
