Recommendedmy son will be up there March 5 for 3 days and be on 12th floor for ekg video.. and it makes me less stress knowing they are going to find out what's wrong with my son.. last time we stay there he was just a week old and felt like home hoping the same.. heard they would have stuff to keep him busy while he's in the bed bc him being 3 its going to be tough on him not being allowed out of the room
It breaks my heart how we were treated by children’s hospital today..just a month ago we were there for a gastrointestinal doctor and every thing went smooth! No problems. She has also been going there since she was 8 months old for her urinary problems and kidney repair. Her wonderful cosmetic surgeon is even part of that hospital..out of nowhere today the lady who schedules her urology visit because she’s having problems again, called me and said they couldn’t see her because of her insurance. I didn't like it 6 years ago and this past month no different. Horrible city run garbage. Lazy employees and the few that are good are overshadowed by the ones that are not. Literally called over 30 times for the exact same issue over a course of several weeks and yet still nothing has been done or scheduled. My daughter was sent here because it was nearest to us (we live in washington) and we drove there they told us they wanted to start her on a certain medication, they wanted her to get therapy etc. Its been what a month ... read more

However, yesterday February 29 my 16 year old son was referred to Dr. Culican’s office from a local doctor here to see about my son’s current issues with glaucoma. We arrived early for for the appointment since we live 2.5 hours away. I went to see the associate at the window. RecommendedLove love love the doctors they are one of a kind and life saving. Do not love the rude staff. Staff that shouldn’t be in Child health care or health care at all. Children should be treated with the best care there is. My child had brain surgery again and when we got transfer to the regular floor she had to share a room with a toddler. None of these child want to share a room. When I asked the nurse in charge to look for another room she was so annoyed and at that point I didn’t care because DO YOUR JOB.
