I have been in the NICU with my babygirl for 2 weeks now and it has been a horrible time. Not only has it been difficult because my baby had to be in the NICU and I have 4 other children at home, so I am going back and fourth taking care of my kids at home and being here with my baby as much as possible as well. RecommendedIf I could give 10 stars I would! My son and I are here every 6 months. Our doctors and staff are absolutely AMAZING. The Down syndrome clinic, endocrinology, dentistry, ENT and audiology. The ER is awesome as well. We haven’t had any bad experiences anywhere in the hospital. We go here for all of our healthcare needs. Special thanks to Sue Davis, Dr. Dorothy Grange, Kathleen Jay, Dr. David Leonard, Dr. mark Rallo, Dr. Dan Stoeckel, Dr. Emily Hahn, and so so many more. ❤️❤️❤️

your phone system IS RIDICULOUS. I was on hold over 22 minutes just to make an appointment. That is horrible horrible customer service. Do you want to hold that long? I highly doubt it. I cant imagine if I had a toddler or small child, how awful that hold time would be.
