This has to be the most slowest hospital ever! It doesn't matter what is really going on with your child u still have to wait! And sometimes wait for hours over something that can be very life threatening! My family & friends have also had very bad service from here.. From my lil niece having a asthma attack and them still making her sit in the waiting room while she can't breath.. To my best friend bringing her son through the ER because he was extremely aixk for them to send him home then have to be rushed back to cardinal... read more

My children have received a lot of help from this hospital. Recently the infectious disease team helped us and they did a great job. They were extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Estabrook was wonderful. My only disappointment was how long it took to get into see Dr. Estabrook. If you can find another ID doctor that is as great as her, I think it would be a good idea to add some additional staff so kids could get in more quickly.

This is an amazing place! Everyone of the nurses and Drs and other positions was friendly and helpful! This place is a beautiful location.
The staff is always very helpful and go the extra mile. Spent a lot of time there the past 9 months and have had done nurse who we did not like and one time got in a room that hadn't been completely cleaned yet. Bath room was dirty. Other than that have been great to us. Been there at least 10 times during this time wouldn't want to take my grandson anywhere else.

It's never fun being in the hospital It's even less fun when it's your child who is sick or in pain. I've personally observed how much the doctors, nurses and staff really care. Sometimes you have to speak up for your child... Sometimes listening is the best medicine and knowing everyone shares the goal of getting your kid better. Note of thanks to the entire staff on 8 WEST!
