Today I visited this location, and unfortunately the service experience was extremely disappointing. We were seated for almost 15 minutes and were never provided with menus. I eventually had to get up and ask for them myself. The male server shown in the photo was very dismissive and unprofessional, and no one ever came to take our order afterward. The server forgot to bring water to the table. Normally I wouldn't notice, but my son only asked for water. The drinks that cost money were brought right away...we had to ask a second time for his water.
