They were rude and don’t know how to answer the phone. I ordered takeout from them and called for 20 mins needing to make a modification. And when I arrived to get the order the woman working there said sorry we had a party of 30 come in so we were busy. Very unprofessional and when I asked for them to do the modification they said it was already packaged. No hospitality whatsoever. Also was in need of a fork since I was out and wasn’t even given utensils. Very annoying. Won’t be coming or ordering from here again.
Ordered takeout. Ready upon arrival (20 minute). Was hot and delicious. The bowl was not as advertised. The boneless wings and fries however, better than expected. The famous dill sauce is a must. Loved the side of buffalo sauce.
Wish I could give this zero stars. Terrible service. I used to come here years ago, and the staff and service were excellent. I’m not sure what changed. We waited 20 minutes just for a server to even acknowledge our table. No one checked in or greeted us, so we ended up walking out. Never again!
