Loved the hotel. It started with a mix up at the front desk over the type of room we reserved and the price we were given for the room. The hotel Manager set it all right after a snarky front desk manager refused to honour our reservation and went as far as telling we were welcome to find a new hotel. We loved the location and ambience and will stay again thanx to the professionalism of the manager who turned the negative confrontation into a positive end.
Had such a Fun night... Danced away in the Lobby with a Cool Reggae band. Great atmosphere ~ Good friends & Giggles!!!
