I love this place. They always take very very good care of you. It's a great location, great hotel, great rooms, awesome beds... Hands-down by far the best place to stay when you're in Boulder.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the St Julien. We loved the turn down service that we received the first night. However, the second night of our stay we were still in the room when they came for this service. We asked them to come back in 15 minutes. We left for dinner and we returned later that night to a room that was neglected. I was pretty bummed. Other than that one little pampering misshap we loved our stay! Thank you staff and especially Sheri our wait staff in the Jill's restaurant!
Everything was OK until the room cleaner ignored the do not disturb sign and threw away some coffee that my husband had pre made. They also reorganized the room and moved his stuff around. I'm sure this is a nice service but do not disturb means don't come in my room!!!
My dogs and i are evacuated from our home due to the fires in Nederland. Although the StJulien does not normally allow pets, they made an exception considering our circumstances. The hotel staff is wonderful and couldn't be more accomodating! (unlike other Boulder hotels - starts with a "B" and rhymes with "olderado") Big thanks to the StJulien!
A great hotel on all levels. Staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are gorgeous and it is located in a perfect spot in Boulder!
This was our second stay at St. Julien. Every need was met upon request and even some needs we didn't anticipate. The few blips in service were accounted for with gracious apologies. My only criticism is that the spa has an 8 hour cancellation policy and charged us for a $hair appt even when we had to cancel due to emergency. Very, very poor policy when the rates are what they are.
My wife and I stayed at the hotel last Friday night and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very nice, had a great view, and the staff was extremely nice. I would recommend staying there!!
