We live locally!!! And this hotel was absolutely wonderful!! Alexandra at reservations helped us so much with our courthouse wedding! We will always be grateful to this team and the beautiful hotel! Unfortunately we had to leave due to the blizzard, but we will be back to finish our honeymoon!!!! THANK YOU ST JULIEN
Terrible, immature front desk college students. A clean room would have been nice, but my pillow had someone else hair on it other than mine, nasty. And to call it a Hotel AND spa IS A JOKE. You're a dinky little falling apart motel, in a small town in Colorado. OH! AND your spa staff are quite bigoted and homophobic. Don't stay here, there are a myriad of reasons.
This morning our family brought visiting guests to your Christmas brunch. Having come last year we built up the experience and everyone was very excited. Wow were we disappointed; the experience was horrible in every way. First that dreary ball room and ridiculous carpet with Fake trees sparsely scattered around the room, an ugly little glittering Eiffel Tower? Christmas in Paris the maitre de called it. Please! Definitely and for sure I enjoyed my stay at this fabulous hotel & spa , St. Julian . Location , service , and the ambiance were superb .
very poor service overall. no response from management. Maybe the Boulderado would appreciate our business in the future.
