Spent 11 days here with my son a few weeks ago and back now for overnight stay after surgery. The pediatric staff has been phenomenal throughout!! No one ever wants their child in the hospital but if the need ever arises again this is definitely where we will be!
Great staff and amazing facility, cafeteria was especially nice.
We were there for almost 5 hours for my daughter to get scoped to get piece of plastic straw out of her throat. After 5 hours, were told, "we don't do scopes here, you have to go to an ENT". Since we were there so long, it was too late to even call ENT. Why would the hospital let us sit there for 5 hours, expose my daughter to unneeded radiation when there was no way for them to help us anyway?
Amazing staff in the children's hospital. They have kept us fully informed.
They neglected my son for treatment!!!! They were so rude and they compared my son to a car!!! ����
Omgosh! St. Joseph's Children's Hospital took excellent care of my 8yrs. old daughter. Every single person was very attentive, prompt, compassionate, all genuine and caring team, no problems answering questions they were just AWESOME!
