The best place to have your children at was an amazing experience and I wanna personally thank the doctors and hospital staff for taking such good care of my daughter. From the time we got there I was scared and nervous but they made me feel so much better they made me feel comfortable! And my daughter comfortable! Hands down the best experience I've had at a hospital.
I could not be more pleased with every single person we encountered working at this hospital. Very sweet and compassionate, and made my 4 year old as comfortable as possible. Also, every nurse, tech and doctor that came in were on the same page with each other, I could tell they read the charts, etc before entering, which seems silly - but I've been at hospitals that could not even do that. Thank you so much for making a terrifying experience as stress free as it could be.
Everyone from The Doctors, to the Excellent Nursing Staff treated my Son with Excellence! Great Staff From the Volunteer who wheeled my son out of Surgery tothe Valet Parking. Great Job!
Thank God for our amazing GI Doctor, Dr. Condino! Who was able to see that there was something really going on with my baby girl and direct admitted her! Thank you to the amazing staff on E1 that greeted us smiling and with lots of caring and compassion. My daughter has been there twice for testing the past month. Each employee we've encountered has gone above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and as relaxed as possible. They talked her through every step of her procedures so she (and we!) knew exactly what to expect. I could not be more pleased!
My son broke his collarbone falling in the playground at school. We were referred to the pediatric orthopedic specialists at St Josephs. They were WONDERFUL!! Not only did they make Josh at ease but they had a great sense of humor and that helped alot. He is in a sling now and we will return in 3 weeks for another checkup. Also one of the male volunteers gave Josh some pennies for the fountain in the lobby to make wishes for children, which I thought was beautiful.
