I went to St.Joe's North and then after two days there I was transfer to the main hospital on Saturday and I was released today after having surgery on Wednesday. I was treated very good at both hospitals .I will not go to any other but St Joe's hospital .
Love love love this place. Thankfully tonight was my first time I had to take my 2 year old here and I just have to say all the staff members from when you walk in the door to when you leave were so happy and nice. My son was so calm and peaceful throughout the whole process mind you he is in his terrible twos. But everyone just made it so simple for me and my son. A big thank you to everyone in the ER ��
Our entire visit was pleasant. Parking and signage was spot on and easy to follow. When we walked in the door the security officer greeted our son and made small talk with him. Goes a long way to ease a young anxious person. Check-in was easy. The pre-op and post-op staff were wonderful. They were very compassionate, informative about every step, and reassuring to Ethan.
At least they did more than Morton Plant North Bay who done nothing for me at least st. St.joseph done a sonogram and x-ray of my knee.
So far my 13yr old has been in the PICU for 7wks now due to a tragic car accident. At first they were kind of negative in his recovery. But now they are the most positive and have done so much. Theybarw great.
