I made an appointment for a rapid covid test for 7am, and was turned away. Not sure if I made a mistake, or a glitch on the app for appointment making. When I called to ask questions about my appointment the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. She did not take the time to listen to me at all, she cut me off to tell me I was in the wrong place.
