professional staff and good care
Care was as expected. Billing was horrible! I had a baby here and went through ER because my midwife's office wasn't open. I was only in ER for 5 minutes and didn't even sit down because one of the chairs had blood on it. I was asked to sign paperwork in the ER saying they could bill me which I did because I would expect to receive a bill for delivering a baby there (I was dilated to a 10 btw). The labor and delivery staff on night shift made a scary, stressful home birth transfer into a loving, gentle, empowering experience for my daughter. I am so grateful for how everything turned out and everyone was treated with respect, compassion and love. We won’t hesitate to come back if she needs you. A special thanks to Christina and Stephanie the nurses who helped us and Dr. Ho. You were all amazing ♥️
I had my baby here this past year. I was told that this hospital was "in network." Well, be careful because many of the actual doctors are not employees and our out of network. Thanks to this practice of unethical "balance billing", we have thousands to pay off that we were not planning on. Before seeking treatment, I guess you need to ask each person that is working with you in this facility if they are in network. So my epidural was not covered. I owe 3k! And that is with insurance.
They saved my daughter's life... twice🦋♥️
The nurses during my overnight stay were INCREDIBLY kind and compassionate. I'd just had surgery and though I knew I'd be uncomfortable they tried to make me as comfortable as possible. I even told one of them I normally slept with a fan - she immediately got a Bair Hugger and had it blow cool air toward my bed. Despite not having a friend or family member with me, the nurses made sure I never felt alone. I'd highly recommend this facility and their amazing staff! <3
came in with severe hearts problems by ambulance stuck in waiting room for 4 hrs no docs I could be dead and they wouldn't know
