Are they really that good? Two weeks for a doctors appointment so if you dare come in the urgent care you have a seven hour and 18 minutes wait??? With all the amount we are paying for insurance you think he would be able to hire more doctors, PA, nurses
Both times that I have been to St. Joseph’s Urgent Care In Orange they have been wonderful and quick especially on Christmas Day.
I went in to the ER on a Weds a month ago and was mis diagnosed and sent home. I asked for an ultra sound and I was refused one. That doctor didn't listen. I was prescribed Anti Acid pills just like many ppl i know when they go. My pain didn't go away obviously cause it had nothing to do with that. I went again on Friday and with the help of my sister who was adamant for an ultra sound they found wat was wrong and I got surgery...SURGERY the same day!!!!
My family and I wouldn't go any place else. From the Lab to the specialists. All very kind, professional, effiecient. And most importantly compassionate.

I’m appalled by the service I received in the Batavia Woods office. The staff has not been trained and it’s obvious Dr. Yang is under too much pressure and not herself. I’ve been with St. Joseph Medical Group for at least 30 years and never been treated so rudely. 😪
I love the care I get from all the staff there...been a patient since I was a kid
